How Do I Get this show on the road?

Getting started is easy! We offer three different stationery packages and the first step is choosing which one is best for you.

Hopefully you’ve browsed through our collections and know what you have in mind. If you’re still not sure, you can order a sample kit here. Once you are set, head on over to the contact form on the top bar, fill it out and we will be in touch within 48 hours of receiving your email.

Can I see Samples?

Absolutely! We would be happy to send you some, you can order them here.

The samples do not come customized with your information and colors, however if you would like to see a sample of a specific set just shoot us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I customize wording, fonts and colors?
 Yes! Font color, envelope color and wording are completely customizable with all of our stationery sets.
Font changes are available with the custom design package only.
How much will shipping cost?

Shipping within the US is flat rate of $40 and international orders vary upon destination. We ship all orders via USP; however, we are happy to use another carrier at your request.

What is the process for custom invitations?

We believe that collaboration is key to creating the best art. The custom design process is a great way to receive that extra personal touch to all your paper goods.

We will start with a consultation by phone, or if you are in the Portland area we would love to have you at our studio! This is the time where we get to hear all about you and your fabulous ideas.

After the initial consultation, we will send the formal estimate and require full payment for orders under 5k.

From here, the fun part begins! We will hit the ground running with sketches and proofs and repeat this process until you are 100 percent happy!

What is the process for semi-custom watercolor invitation designs?

The Semi-Custom watercolor option is one of our most popular packages.

Let us know which watercolor invitation set in our collection you love the most.  From there, we will collect imagery from you to create your own personal watercolor scenery based off your photograph.

Please get in touch for our custom watercolor fee.

What is the process for designs from the collection?

If you are choosing from our ready-made collection this means that you will be choosing a design in our shop and require no custom changes or illustrations.

The layout will stay the same as the design you choose, but we are happy to customize font colors and wording at no additional fee.

Can I see a proof first?
Why, of course! Once we receive your deposit, we will collect all necessary information from you to begin the proofing process. We repeat the proofing process until you are completely satisfied.
Is there an order minimum?

We have a minimum print order of 50 per each item ordered with a $500 package value required.

Can I purchase Digital Files?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer our designs for client print.

Can I purchase the original watercolor scenery?

Yes! This is a great special touch to frame at your wedding or add to your home.  Please get in touch for our pricing for the original watercolor artwork

When should i place my order?

Our schedule books up more quickly during certain times of the year so we recommend putting your deposit in at least one year in advance.

What printing methods do you offer?

We offer the following options:

Flat Printing is a great option for those interested in a custom watercolor invitation suite.  It is produced digitally and colors are not limited within this print  method. Flat printing is used for additional customizations such as envelope printing and liners.  We use your choice of white, cream, kraft or upgraded cotton card stock.

Letterpress Printing is a form of printmaking that dates back to the late 1800s. The process combines ink, plates, paper, and a press to create unique and timeless prints. The design we create for you is etched into a copper plate which is then put on the press to produce the beautiful impressions on the paper. Each color you have chosen { max of 3 } has its own separate plate. The ink is mixed by hand to create your ideal color palette. Unlike flat printing, the text and image on the letterpress invitations is physically stamped into the cotton card stock for an impression you can see and feel.
Gold Foil Stamping is essentially the same as letterpress, however with the iridescent sheen of metallic gold.  This polished printing technique takes a classic design and illuminates it with the allure of a subtle shimmer. Perfect for those wanting to make a quietly luxurious statement.
Wood Engraving: Our wood engraved invitations are the perfect show stoppers for your rustic wedding.  The design we create for you is laser engraved into real wood veneers. The wood veneers are thin enough to go through normal postage and come in your choice of birch, cherry or oak finish.
What type of paper do you use?
We offer 110 lb matte cream or white card stock.
For an additional fee, we offer 118 lb cotton card stock or 130 lb muscletone Kraft.
Letterpress and foil designs are printed on Crane’s Lettra, which is specifically engineered for letterpress.
Are there day of stationery items to match my design?

Yes! We pride ourselves on being a one stop shop. Keep your wedding brand consistent by letting us take care of all your paper needs. After your invitations are all mailed out, now is the time to start thinking about the items you will need for the day of your wedding. We offer wedding programs in an array of different styles, menu’s, and custom name cards. Don’t see it here? Just ask! We are happy to make your vision come to life. What type of payment do you accept?
We require full payment for all orders under $5,000. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks.
Do you have offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of each project, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  Our production schedule can only allow for a certain amount of orders per year so due to the custom nature of each project we do not offer refunds or exchanges after your payment has been made.

Do you have an office in Portland?

Where does your pricing start for invitations?

Pricing varies due to the custom nature of each project, but begins around $8 a set (Invitation + Env, Rsvp Cards + Env, Info Card) based on 100 digitally printed sets
